Terms Of Sale

• Prices effective Jan 01, 2024, and subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a shortage or damage, the driver and trucking company must be made aware. The customer must properly note on the driver’s copy of the delivery slip, the shortage amount or the nature of the damage at the time of delivery.
• Customer needs to keep a signed copy of the driver’s delivery slip as a record.
• All claims must be reported to With Lumber within 3 business days of delivery.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days of sale.
• Credits are only issued on merchandise that can be resold, unused, and in original packaging.
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns to With Lumber. Certain restrictions may apply to non-direct shipping points.
• Free Delivery is available on some orders starting from $800*.
• All prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, including pricing errors, in our catalogs or other materials.
• With Lumber reserves the right to refuse free shipping on any order.
• All sizes, dimensions & specifications throughout the catalog for any and all products are approximate only. We are not responsible for any changes made by the manufacturer.
• We do not sell less than a case, and neither do we break cases. Please follow the original mentioned case packing for each product where applicable.
